Mirielle Rohr is a German visual artist and photographer based between Paris and Berlin. She holds a Master’s degree in Photography from ECAL, Lausanne. Working across photography, installation, sculpture and AI-generated imagery, her practice examines how contemporary image cultures shape bodies, identities and social behaviour.

Her recent projects explore femininity and self-surveillance, the commercialisation of childhood online, and the construction of masculinity within digital communities. Moving between online research and physical forms, Mirielle Rohr is interested in the point at which images cease to function solely as representations and begin to influence how people understand and modify themselves.

Her work Money Making Child was selected for Carte Blanche Students and presented during Paris Photo 2025 at the Grand Palais and Gare de Lyon. This led to a FUTURES residency in Amsterdam, where she developed Red Pill, an ongoing project examining online masculinity and the manosphere. The project has since been selected for a three-year travelling group exhibition with Fotografiska, beginning in Stockholm in 2026.

Alongside her artistic practice, Mirielle Rohr has worked in fashion photography and has been published in several magazines. In 2024, she was a finalist for the Picto Fashion Photography Award, and in 2026 her work was exhibited as part of the PhotoVogue Festival.
